Leonard J. Bush, 55, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, don’t enter victim’s residence, don’t enter Kenway in Fairmont, no same or similar.
Adrienne J. Carreira, 44, of Fairmont was convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $360, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.
Patti A. Olson, 65, of Fairmont had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar.
Eli V. Edlin, 20, of Jackson was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, remain law-abiding, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.
Seth B. Johnson, 34, of Estherville, Iowa received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $200, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, can travel out of state for work purposes and to stay with family in Iowa, complete five sessions with a licensed therapist and follow all recommendations made by therapist, restitution reserved for 30 days, complete chemical assessment within 45 days and follow all recommendations and abstain from alcohol, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, no threatening verbal or physical behaviors, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. An additional felony charge of threats of violence, and a misdemeanor charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death, were both dismissed.
