Driving after revocation — Theron D. Ibarra, 40, of Trimont; fined $285.

Shawn J. Johnson, 53, of Granada was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $710, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, remain law-abiding. Additional charge of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-breath or test refusal or failure was dismissed.

Debra K. Heller, 61, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of fail to change address/name within 30 days was dismissed.

Dominic L. Demarre, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days.

Dakota J. Colbert, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135.

Frederick M. Hennessey, 65, of Mankato was convicted of expired drivers license-person over 21; fined $185. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Both P. Kueth, 25, of Minneapolis was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.
