Schultz, 38, of Wells was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $940, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, credit for time served three days, must serve 27 days in jail and remaining 60 days may be served on EHM with alco-sensor at defendant’s expense, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment completed on 1/18/2022, comply with all conditions of Human Services child protection file, if appropriate please enter and complete all assigned conditions of Veterans Court, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of child endangerment-situation could cause harm or death was dismissed.
Jaime L. Fiacco, 25, of Winnebago was convicted of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-blood or urine as directed by search warrant; fined $940, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 305 days for two years, credit for time served 11 days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, driving after revocation, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were all dismissed.
