Ariel L. Glover, 28, of Odin was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year.
Gildardo Gonzalez, 31, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $335, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted of hands free law-engage in cellular phone or video call; fined $335, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
Larry A. Drayfahl III, 35, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Christian M. Jagodzinske, 25, of Welcome was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar.
Michael S. Glass, 28, of Brainerd was convicted of trespass-occupy/enter locked or posted dwelling/building; fined $75, sentenced to jail 33 days, credit for time served 33 days. Additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were both dismissed.
Troy D. McFall, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.
April M. Rygh, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days. Additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.
