Robert M. Greeley, 69, of Blue Earth was convicted of driver fails to stop for stop sign; fined $360, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved and will remain open for 30 days, obey all traffic laws, no same or similar. Additional charge of criminal vehicular operation-bodily harm-gross negligence was dismissed.
