Fish and game-untagged big game animal — Michael S. Leu, 57, of Trimont; fined $185.

Uninsured vehicle-owner violation — Terry F. Johnson, 46, of Blue Earth; fined $285.

CMV-cargo securement violation — Kevin S. Rummel, 65, of Reedsburg, Wis.; fined $385.

David R. Collier, 32, of Kellogg was convicted on a felony charge of receive/possess stolen property; fined $660, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 23 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 129 days, credit for time served 129 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, enter and successfully complete the Drug Court program and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, complete a mental health diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations for evaluation, cognitive skills training program “Thinking for a Change” as directed by supervising agent, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Two additional charges of identity theft-transfers/possesses/use identity of other person were both dismissed.

Tyler H. Kettwich, 34, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of purchase/sell/barter/furnish/give alcohol to person under the age of 21; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Catherine R. Moeller, 61, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of purchase/sell/barter/furnish/give alcohol to person under the age of 21; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Cade D. Hotzler, 18, of Truman had a felony charge of first-degree damage to property-prior in three years (reduced value over $500 continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar, pay restitution if filed by prosecuting attorney within 30 days.
