Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Edward A. Niebuhr, 61, of Wells; fined $110.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Anastacio A. Martinez, 29, of Welcome; fined $135.

Driving after revocation — Rodney L. Williams Jr., 32, of Blue Earth; fined $285.

Levi B. Eisenmenger, 33, of Blue Earth was convicted on two separate charges of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260 for each charge. Additional charge of fourth-degree damage to property was dismissed.

Jeffrey L. Carlson, 54, of Elmore received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $175, one year unsupervised probation, complete online anger management class, no same or similar. Additional charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene was dismissed.

Natalia Chiroy, 37, of Elmore had a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene continued for dismissal; fined $260, one year probation to the court, no same or similar.

Matthew R. Mattin, 36, of Winnebago was convicted of third-degree damage to property-reduce value $501-$1000; fined $910, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 24 hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution, restitution reserved for 30 days, don’t enter victim’s residence in Blue Earth, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent was dismissed.

Jennifer M. Rice, 44, of Waseca was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $410, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 360 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year unsupervised probation, no DAC/DAR/DAS violations, no same or similar. An additional felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, and a misdemeanor charge of obstruct legal process-lawful execution of legal process, were both dismissed.

Seth D. Davis, 26, of Truman was convicted of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $460, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, restitution reserved for 30 days, no contact with victim(s), no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.
