Driving after revocation — Victor J. Valladares Gomez, 61, of Sherburn; fined $285.
Dan F. Aschemann, 43, of Newport, Minn. had a charge of driving after suspension continued for dismissal; fined $285, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar. Also had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $285, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
Natalie I. Espeland, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.
Sarah K. Matthes, 34, of Ceylon received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,160, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, complete diagnostic assessment within 90 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, comply with any medication management recommendations, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, cognitive skill training as directed by supervising agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and misdemeanor charges of possess/sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were all dismissed.
Cassandra D. Pinela, 24, of Sherburn was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.
