Expiration of drivers license-person over the age of 21 — Braden L. Kumm, 29, of Fairmont; fined $190.

Beth K. Vogt, 49, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $600, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives is prohibited by law. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited was dismissed.

Zachary S. Holm, 25, of Jackson was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution if filed within 30 days, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no ame or similar.

Brandon D. Buesing, 32, of Welcome was convicted by driving after cancellation; fined $285. Also convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $260.

Desiree A. Briseno, 46, of Fairmont was convicted by driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, obtain drivers license, no same or similar.

Gary R. Peterson, 71, of Granada was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of driving after suspension, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were both dismissed.

Jose De Jes Sauceda Contreras, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, one year Domestic No Contact (DANCO), no assaultive or disorderly behavior, no same or similar. Additional charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another was dismissed.

Alvaro Rivera Garcia, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $285. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200.
