David O. Torres, 59, of Mercedes, Texas was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.

Kate N. Isdahl, 20, of Truman received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, contact probation officer as directed, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment dated 5/4/21 which includes outpatient treatment programming and aftercare, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow recommendations for the current CHIPS file, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Jaime H. Amaro, 19, of Blue Earth was convicted of motor vehicle noise limits; fined $135. Also convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $100. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited; fined $50. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Robert B. Kitchel, 36, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Haakon B. Johnson, 24, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test; fined $685, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when when directed, sign releases of information as directed.

Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and careless driving, were both dismissed.
