Driving after revocation — Pedro Erreguin-Cervantes, 31, of Estherville, Iowa; fined $285.
Tarrianna D. McClellan, 22, of Minneapolis was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Additional charge of no Minnesota drivers license was dismissed.
Dustin D. Pierson, 20, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk; fined $160, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 18 months, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served 16 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing as directed by agent or law enforcement, find and maintain full-time employment, complete mental health assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, attend appointment s with probation agent as directed on a schedule, no threatening, intimidating, harassing and/or assaultive behaviors, no contact with victim(s), follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Two additional felony charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, were both dismissed.
Ronald J. Wilson, 55, of St. Peter had a charge of following vehicle more closely than is reasonable and prudent continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.
Michael L. Anderson, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 28 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Ryan G. Dimuzio, 48, of East Bethel received a stay of adjudication on a charge of failure to notify owner of damaged property; fined $300, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution if filed within 30 days, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.
Christopher J. Baer, 22, of Truman was received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served 45 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, enter and successfully complete Drug Court program, complete a mental health diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. One additional felony charge of third-degree controlled substance sales or a narcotic, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were both dismissed.
Major Bell, 66, of Winnebago was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $135.
