James A. Van Ryn, 52, of Blue Earth was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $910, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 344 days for two years, credit for time served 21 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 24 hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete a domestic abuse program as required in Minnesota statute, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no violations of an Order for Protection or Domestic No Contact orders, no contact with victim(s), complete chemical assessment within 30 days and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Tiffany R. Schluter, 37, of Bricelyn was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.

Thomas R. Fuentez-Aase, 36, of Albert Lea was convicted of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection; fined $360, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, obtain a mental health assessment within 90 days and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, no contact with victim(s), restitution reserved for 60 days, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Aaron L. Morgan, 27, of Mankato had a felony charge of violate No Contact Order-within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions continued for dismissal; fined $75, six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no violations of an active civil/criminal No Contact Order, no DANCOs, HRO or OFPs, no same or similar.

James L. Willis, 54, of Wells received an amended court decision on a felony charge of third-degree burglary; complete mental health evaluation within 30 days, sign all releases taking first available appointment, complete updated chemical assessment within 30 days and follow all recommendations, complete cognitive skill training as directed by agent.

Tyler J. Erickson, 19, of Maple Grove was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $50. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.
