Driving after revocation — Rebecca M. Johnson, 34, of Fairmont sentenced to six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, not same or similar.

Driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type — Francisco Reymundo Solis, 33 of Fairmont, Arnulfo Ramirez Leiva, 65, of Fairmont; both fined $185.

Tanner J. Danielson, 29, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree DWI-operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol; fined $810. Sentenced to 365 days, stay 335 days for two years credit for time served: four days, defendant is to serve the remaining jail term on Electronic Home Monitoring with Alco Sensor. This should be in place on or before 9/10/2021 at 4 p.m. Two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD Impact Panel, no school substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, tell probation officer within 72 hours if are charged with any new crime, tell probation officer within 72 hours if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property and things as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, Do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state. An additional charge of speeding-exceed limit 55 mph where appropriate 103/55. Sentenced 30 days, credit for time served: four days. A charge of second-degree DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours was dismissed.

Phillip M. Englund, 28, of Welcome was convicted of DWI-operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol; fined $810. Sentenced to 364 days, stay 335 days for two years credit for time served: 18 days, serve as: work release (if eligible), defendant is to serve the remaining jail balance of 12 days on EHM with Alco Sensor. This should be in place on or before 9/14/21 at 4 p.m. If the defendant wishes to not serve the remaining balance on EHM, may turn himself into the jail to serve the time.
