Disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene — Frederick D. Horsley II sentenced to six months probation to the court, no same or similar, no assault or disorderly conduct.

Assault-fifth-degree-inflict or attempt bodily harm — Aaron E. Ulrich, 38, of Blue Earth; fined $285. Stay of adjudication. Sentenced to jail two days credit for time served two days, six months supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, complete and follow all recommendations, complete a mental health assessment with approved provider and follow all recommendation, no mood-altering chemicals, including alcohol, random testing, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell your probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, tell probation officer within 72 hours if charged with any new crime, tell probation officer within 72 hours if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by low, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state.

Traffic-DWI-operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol — William R. Irwin, 37, of St. Peter; fined $610. Sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, remain law-abiding, attend MADD Impact Panel, complete chemical assessment, complete evaluation and follow recommendations, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell your probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, tell probation officer within 72 hours if charged with any new crime, tell probation officer within 72 hours if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance use with exception of prescribed medications, random testing.

Pablo R. Castellano, 32, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. A charge of driver approaching intersection fails to yield right of way and fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle were both dismissed.

Sheila J. Kazena, 41, of Brandon S.D. was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285. Additional charge of exceed interstate limit 70 mph out of urban 80/70; fined $40.

Zachary J. Rumley, 27, of Elk River was convicted of commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily arm or death; fined $660. Additional charge of intentionally inflicts/attempts to inflict bodily harm on another was dismissed.

Holden K. Tesch, 27, of Elmore was convicted of DWI-third-degree driving while impaired; one aggravating factor; fined $685. Sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years credit for time served: 7 days, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD Impact Panel,

Also convicted of exceed limit of 30 mph-urban district 45/30; fined $50. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, open bottle law; possession, driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type, driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle, and driver fails to stop for stop sign were all dismissed.

Fabian R. Gonzalez, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Additional charge of driving after revocation; fined $200, and no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.
