Arianne M. Schaper, 18, of Wells was convicted of obstructing leagal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $100. Sentenced to probation to the court, indeterminate, no same or similar, no obstructing legal process of fleeing a peace officer, complete public service project coordinated through the Faribault County Sheriffs Department.

Shaina Faith Dreaming Bear, 24, of Saint Paul was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Additional charges: child passenger restraint system-improperly worn/used; fined $50; no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200, and driving after revocation; fined $200.
