Nicole L. Whitlow, 43, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $315. Also convicted of speeding; fined $40.

Angel M. Dejesus, 38, of Wells was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $255. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Joseph A. Desmarais, Jr., 39, of Wells received an amended court decision on a felony charge of predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement; follow recommendations of chemical dependency assessment date 3/18/21, electronic monitoring, serve 5 days EHM in lieu of 5 days STS.

Katherine S.
