Rosa M. Rosado Rojas, 46, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to M.S. 609.135, on a felony charge of threats of violence; fined $1,210, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, three years supervised probation, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have, contact with law enforcement, tell probation officer within 72 hours if charged with any new crime, tell probation officer within 72 hours if changed, address, employment, or telephone number, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, give a DNA sample when directed, do not register to vote or vote until discharged from, probation and civil rights a fully restored, no alcohol/controlled substance use, with exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol/controlled substance, with exception of prescribed medications, random testing, provide lis of prescribed medication to probation officer, maintain a valid Minnesota Medical Marijuana care, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, complete spanish speaking programing with Stages of Change (Thinking for a Change) as directed by agent, receive credit towards fine for any out of pocket expenses, work towards setting up local mental health services, as directed by supervising agent and follow any recommendations given by mental health provider, no contact with victim(s), have no contact, indirect or directly, with the victims of this matter, follow any current of future no contact orders, no threats of violence, refrain from the use of any form of violence, this includes wither violent behavior or threats of violence.
