Over legal tandem axle weight — Levi J. Swartzentruber, 44, of West Concord; fined $385. Aaron J. Johnson, 57, of Blue Earth; fined $285.

Austin A. Carlson, 27, of Minnesota Lake was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $870, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served two days, may serve remainder of jail on electronic home monitoring at defendant’s expense if eligible, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Two separate additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired were both dismissed.

Pedrito R. Sim, 34, of Elgin, Ill. was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of operate vehicle with an expired registration; fined $115.

Jason E. Lawrence, 50, of Blue Earth had a charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm continued for dismissal; indeterminate probation to the court, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law, no same or similar.

Isabella M. Morreale, 21, of Lake Elmo received a stay of adjudication on an amended charge of speeding; fined $125, one year probation to the court, no moving violations.

Colby J. Beck, 27, of Elmore was convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets or highways; fined $315. Also convicted of fail to mail or deliver certificate of motor vehicle title to department within specified timeframes; fined $100.

Taylor M. Childress, 28, of Worthington was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $315. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of expired registration; fined $30.

Timothy E. Haggerty, 57, of Fort Wayne, Ind. was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $215. Also convicted of speeding; fined $40.

Ochan O. Ochogi, 23, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $315. Also convicted of failure to drive with due care; fined $40.
