Jurgens, 32, of Fairmont, was convicted of traffic-driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, attend MADD Impact Panel, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, if requested by law enforcement. Received an additional charge of driving while impaired-fourth-degree-driving while impaired-described; dismissed.

Matthew E. Ziemer, 44, of Fairmont, was convicted of dog/cat at large-second and subsequent offense; fined $185, pay restitution, when ordered, restitution is reserved for 30 days.

Jesse Mercado, 23, of Saint Peter, was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of cannabis open package-possess in motor veh.-not compliant packaging or container; fined $40.

Speeding — Alonzo J. Moore, 50, of Minneapolis; fined $125; Kirk S. Vogt, 77, of Fairmont; fined $145.
