Tyler A. Molacek, 27, of Estherville, Iowa was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $980.95, restitution $795.95, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 361 days for two years, credit for time served four days, two years unsupervised probation, sentence to service 16 hours for indeterminate, pay restitution.

Harry Aitaro, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Dustin C. Theobald, 39, of Fairmont was convicted on three (3) separate charges of driving after cancellation; fined $285 for each charge.

Devin D. Ibarra, 17, of Trimont was convicted of driver approaching intersection fails to yield right-of-way; fined $50. Additional charge of turn signals required on vehicle was dismissed.

Lasdy Iowan, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

Anthony D. Urban, 38, of Northfield was convicted on a felony charge of first-degree controlled substance possession-50 grams or more; fined $185, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 56 months, give a DNA sample when directed. Additional felony charge of first-degree controlled substance sales-17 grams or more within a 90-day period was dismissed.

Kevin L. Urban Jr., 38, of Sherburn was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285.
