Driving after revocation — Travis J. Burns Sr., 39, of Winnebago; fined $285.

Joshua L. Stofferahn, 29, of Wells was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, serve 30 days consecutive for two separate cases, Huber is granted if eligible, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, Domestic No Contact (DANCO), complete updated chemical dependency assessment while in jail and follow all recommendations, enroll in domestic abuse counseling/treatment program within 90 days of sentencing and successfully complete, can offset fine from out-of-pocket expenses from treatment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. One additional felony charge of attempted domestic assault by strangulation, and a misdemeanor charge of interrupt/impede/interfere/disrupt 911 emergency telephone call or communication, were both dismissed.

Madeline R. Rosillo, 18, of Minnesota Lake received a stay of adjudication on charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $300, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain mental health evaluation within 90 days and follow all recommendations, enroll in domestic abuse counseling/treatment program within 90 days and successfully complete and follow all recommendations, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. One additional felony charge terroristic threats-cause or attempt terror, and a misdemeanor charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another, were both dismissed.

Heidi L. Huckleberry, 47, of Albert Lea was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.

Joshua W. Clark, 45, of Good Thunder was convicted of theft-indifferent to owner rights; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served four days, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, restitution reserved for 30 days. Additional felony charge of second-degree burglary of a dwelling was dismissed.

Magdalene C. Yackley, 22, of Worthington was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of unsafe laned usage on laned highway; fined $50.
