Victoria G. Lange, 24, of Sherburn; Lynn J. Brownlee, 66, of Truman; each fined $145.

Gary R. Peterson, 71, of Granada; fined $285.

Driving after revocation — Ashley L. Mendenhall, 19, of Northrop; fined $285.

Calob S. Hotovec, 21, of Winnebago was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $460. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285. An additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Troy J. Larsen, 53, of Truman was convicted of trespassing-return to property within one year; fined $435, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, do not go back to residence where the trespass order is in place, no same or similar.

Fermin Perez-Salas, 59, of Winnebago was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 180 days, stayed 120 days for two years, serve 58 days of jail sentence on EHM with alco sensor before 8/2/21 and if defendant does not want to do EHM then 58 days will have to be done in jail by the same date, two years supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of speeding was dismissed.

Logan J. Pizzo, 30, of Monrovia, Ind. was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $685, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance was dismissed.

Avory J. Vleiger, 20, of Fairmont received an amended court decision on a charge of junk-other than weeds and grass; sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 28 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, keep property clean, no same or similar. Also convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
