Logan R. Schoer, 27, of Alpha was convicted of give peace officer false name/birthdate/ID card; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited was dismissed.

Dean A. Thomas, 56, of Windom was convicted of speeding; fined $285, defendant failed to appear for pay or for the hearing so court has entered conviction of speeding. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Jacob P. Prihoda, 19, of Albert Lea was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited; fined $135. Also convicted of possess/sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $50.
