Tessa L. James, 37, of Blue Earth received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,160, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 361 days for five years, credit for time served four days, five years supervised probation, complete outpatient treatment at Fountain Centers and follow all aftercare recommendations, cognitive skill training as assigned by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charges of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer, vehicle window restrictions-tint too dark, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, were all dismissed.

Brian M. Girard, 47, of Trimont was convicted on two separate charges of junk vehicle; fined $135 for the first charge and $50 for the second charge. Also convicted of junk; fined $50.

Kirsten N. Olson, 33, of Sherburn was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle after license suspension/revocation/cancellation was dismissed.

Cortney A. Dollen, 29, of Winnebago had a charge of motor vehicle registration-unregistered-certificate revoked continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Weston G. Jensen, 39, of St. Paul was convicted of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $85, sentenced to jail 83 days, credit for time served 34 days. An additional felony charge of domestic assault was dismissed.
