William E. Scheler, 29, of Bricelyn received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of theft-take/drive motor vehicle without owner consent; fined $9,806.29, restitution $9,721.29, three years supervised probation, make minimum monthly restitution payments of $100, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all recommendations of chemical use assessment taking first available intake if services are recommended and follow all aftercare recommendations, complete mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Lempkie, 42, of Winnebago was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment including treatment and aftercare, complete domestic abuse program as approved by agent and any out-of-pocket expenses can offset fine, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Ethan M. Morales, 22, of Kiester was convicted of no insurance-driver violation; fined $285. Also convicted of expired registration; fined $30.

Lezzly I. Reyes, 32, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $285. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL); fined $100.
