Judy A. Duque, 66, of Lakefield had a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Terence P. Primus, 56, of Buffalo, Minn. was convicted of operate motor vehicle after license suspension/revocation/cancellation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of speeding was dismissed.
