Vehicle signals-stop lights required on rear of vehicle — Braydon G. Ashfeld, 19, of Monticello; fined $125.

Wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call — Shane M. Tonneson, 50, of Ceylon; fined $135.

Muffler required on vehicle — Avory J. Vleiger, 19, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Drivers license-instruction permit violations for person 18 years or older (requirements) — Jace A. Winegard, 18, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Driving after revocation — Alonzo A. Harris, 34, of Truman; fined $285.

Dakota M. Willis Knight, 21, of Spencer, Iowa was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage (other circumstances); pay restitution of $395.08, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 30 days. Also convicted of wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call; fined $125. Additional charges of no drivers license in possession or fail to display upon request, and speeding, were both dismissed.

Antwania L. Bowser, 23, of Minneapolis was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60. Additional charge of driving after suspension was dismissed.

Glenn D. Lawson, 51, of Ludlow, Ill. was convicted of vehicle window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed; fined $135. Additional charges of suspended object, and speeding, were both dismissed.

Jeffery M. Lillevold, 35, of Trimont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 45 days, stayed 45 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Tianna R. Powell, 18, of Richfield was convicted of speeding; fined $285. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
