Colby J. Beck, 27, of Elmore was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.

Elizabeth R. Bittmann, 34, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault; fined $200, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment including aftercare, complete domestic violence inventory and follow all recommendations, mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional felony charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed.

Gustave J. Augustin, 28, of Fayetteville, N.C. received a stay of adjudication on a charge of failure to drive with due care; fined $125, 90 days probation to the court, no same or similar.
