Driving without a valid drivers license endorsement for vehicle driven — Maria E. Ramirez, 46, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

No Minnesota drivers license — Zachary S. Grobengieser, 36, of New York, N.Y.; fined $185.

Gross weight exceeds registered limit — Gary J. Herfendal, 59, of Hollandale; fined $1,085.

Frederick D. Horsley, 29, of Jamaica, N.Y. was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system-not equipped and installed; fined $50.

Jacob M. Herman, 30, of Wells received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk; fined $835, sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served 60 days, three years supervised probation, complete outpatient treatment at Fountain Centers and follow all recommendations, complete mental health diagnostics within 60 days and follow all recommendations, no contact with victim(s), no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t enter bars or liquor stores, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors; fined $12,191.95, restitution $12,076.95, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, credit for time served 40 days, may serve balance on home detention/electronic monitoring at defendant’s expense, two years supervised probation, pay minimum monthly restitution payment of $100, complete outpatient treatment at Fountain Centers, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed Four additional felony charges of first-degree attempted assault, terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, overwork or mistreat animals-torture, and energy or telecom-damage or theft of line, insulator, wire, cable or current of line or cable, were all dismissed.
