Andrew J. Frank, 18, of Owatonna; fined $145.

Kevin O. Roblero Perez, 22, of Lakeville; fined $285.

No Minnesota drivers license — Nathaniel A. Book, 18, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Lisa M. Loegering, 39, of Minnesota Lake received a stay of adjudication on a charge of aid and abet violating any emergency powers order or rule; fined $25, 90 days unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Ramon Briseno, 32, of Winnebago was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 81 days for one year, credit for time served nine days, one year supervised probation, complete a domestic abuse counseling/treatment program as directed by agent, can offset fine from out-of-pocket expenses, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Four additional charges of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another, were all dismissed.

Hector Ortiz Zarate, 32, of Elmore was convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

Speeding — Kathy A. Hurlburt, 69, of Swea City, Iowa; fined $145.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Faith A. Simpson, 17, of Fairmont; fined $110.

Hands free law-access video content/images/games/software applications — Oran D. Williams, 41, of Huron, S.D.; fined $135.

Joshua N. Heinze, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $140. Also convicted of vehicle registration/permit/plates required; fined $115.

Lloyd O. Olson, 74, of Trimont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $185, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay costs, defendant waives his right to appear for plea and sentencing per plea agreement.
