Wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call — Mindy M. Hrdlicka, 38, of Blue Earth; fined $135.

Failure of driver to yield right-of-way to funeral procession — Michael J. Moll, 38, of Wells; fined $135.

David M. Clay Jr., 26, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after suspension; fined $200, six months unsupervised probation, no drivers license violations, no same or similar, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Also received a stay of adjudication on a separate charge of driving after suspension; fined $200, six months unsupervised probation, no drivers license violations, no same or similar, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.

Mason C. Huisenga, 21, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after suspension; fined $200, one year unsupervised probation, no drivers license violations, no same or similar, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.

Kyle R. Wolfe, 26, of Cleveland was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damages-other circumstances; fined $835, restitution $500, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, pay joint and several restitution, complete aftercare and follow all recommendations of treatment program, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Joseph A. Des Marais Jr., 39, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $200, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar, restitution reserved for 30 days.

Ricardo D. Gutierrez, 29, of Wells was convicted of domestic assault; fined $85, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 351 days for two years, credit for time served 14 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, contact Human Services to explore medical assistance options, contact United Hospital District for appointment to determine the use or medications and/or psychotherapy, complete domestic abuse program as directed by agent, no contact with victim until domestic domestic abuse counseling/treatment is completed, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation was dismissed.
