Ashton J. Haala, 16, of New Ulm; fined $145.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Jordan B. Byers, 31, of Fairmont; fined $110.

Unlawful deposit of garbage, litter or like — Ryan J. Werner, 32, of Mankato; fined $185.

Nathanael S. Landsteiner, 33, of Granada was convicted of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $460, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, comply with Order for Protection, attend psychiatric appointments with Dr. Matson all follow all recommendations until discharged, no new violations of the law, may do STS in lieu of fines if desires, contact probation within 24 hours of hearing, attend Narcotics Anonymous on a weekly basis, attend individual therapy sessions with Dr. Switras and follow all recommendations until appropriately discharged, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of domestic abuse- violate No Contact Order; fined $160, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, follow any conditions in the Order for Protection, attend psychiatric appointments with Dr. Matson and follow all recommendations until discharged, no new violations of the law, contact probation as directed, attend Narcotics Anonymous on a weekly basis, attend individual therapy sessions with Dr. Switras and follow all recommendations until appropriately discharged, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of emergency telephone calls/communications-interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 9-1-1 call was dismissed.

Trevor D. Palmer, 35, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of junk-other than weeds and grass; one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, property must be cleaned up within 30 days, no same or similar.

Ashley M. Rosenfeldt, 36, of Fairmont had a charge of issue dishonored check-value not more than $250 continued for dismissal; fined $65.86, restitution $65.86, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution of $65.86 within 30 days, no same or similar.

John W. Herron Jr., 43, of Truman was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Additional charge of failure of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required was dismissed.
