Zachary S. Tae Burdick, 38, of Neenah, Wis.; fined $225.

Game violation-license required to take/buy/sell/transport/possess protected wild animals — Joseph R. Schavey, 20, of Winnebago; fined $135.

Michael D. Olivo, 47, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served two days, may serve remaining 28 days on EHM with alcohol-sensoring at defendant’s expense, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer, were both dismissed.

Lizette V. Jimenez, 29, of Berwyn, Ill. received a stay of adjudication on a charge of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $200, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Peter C. Sonnek, 51, of Minnesota Lake was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor was dismissed.

Brent S. Stevermer, 21, of Elmore was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Additional charge of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required was dismissed.
