Angelika Julia M. Schultze-Ward, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of social host liability ordinance; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of contributing to delinquency of a child or status as petty offender was dismissed.

Gavin E. Flohre, 33, of Welcome received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 85 days, credit for time served 85 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, report to agent as directed upon release from jail, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, cognitive skill training if recommended by supervising agent, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, refer to the FMJ multi-county drug court program and if qualified, successfully complete and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, were both dismissed.

Heidi L. Thomas, 34, of Garden City was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 36 days, credit for time served 36 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, successfully complete program at Wellcome Manor and for any aftercare, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, supply DNA sample, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of give peace officer false name; sentenced to jail 36 days, credit for time served 36 days. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited was dismissed.
