Wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call — Tabetha D. Olson, 32, of Lone Rock, Iowa; fined $135.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Bradley R. Kaiser, 58, of Wells; fined $135.

Underage alcohol consumption — Tanner M. McDonald, 18, of Madison Lake; Mackenzie A. Schendel, 19, of Minnesota Lake; Payton R. Schwanke, 18, of Amboy; each fined $185.

Michael P. Delaittre, 61, of Wells was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, and failure of driver to stop for a stop sign, were all dismissed.

David Deluna, 42, of Blooming Prairie was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; sentenced to jail 91 days, credit for time served one day, concurrent with three other cases, fines and surcharges waived per plea agreement. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-driver violation was dismissed.

Cole C. Klinkner, 21, of Winnebago was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Roel Gallardo, 44, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $105.99, restitution $5.99, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, no trespassing at Dollar General store in Wells.

Linurbek L. Asanov, 28, of Chicago was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of failure to signal lane change; fined $50.

Anthony C. Schultz, 28, of Winnebago had a charge of no Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL) continued for dismissal; one year probation to the court, no same or similar.
