Alexander B. Moeller, 16, of Fairmont; fined $145.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Benjamin D. Schulz, 40, of Winnebago; fined $110.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Shane A. Hassing, 35, of Easton; fined $135.

Driving without a valid driver’s license for vehicle class or type — Antonio Juan-Miguel, 23, of Austin; fined $185.

Adam D. Byers, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of counterfeiting of currency-uttering or possessing; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Jeffery M. Lindholm, 46, of Dilworth received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 15 days, credit for time served 15 days, two years supervised probation, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, complete residential treatment and follow all aftercare recommendations including half-way placement, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, complete anger management as directed by agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no contact with victim(s), follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Also convicted of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $285, sentenced to jail 15 days, credit for time served 15 days.

Blake J. Rucker, 29, of Emmons was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 911 emergency telephone call or communication was dismissed.

Michael P. Schugel, 35, of Lake Crystal was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Brooklynn Rebecca L. Gilbert, 23, of Rochester was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.
