Terry J. Schulz, 40, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree criminal sex conduct-victim under 13, actor over 36; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 65 months, concurrent with other case, supply DNA sample, restitution reserved. Also was convicted on a separate felony charge of second-degree criminal sex conduct-victim under 13, actor over 36; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 48 months, concurrent with other case, supply DNA sample, restitution reserved for 30 days. Also was convicted on another separate felony charge of second-degree criminal sex conduct-victim under 13, actor over 36; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 36 months, concurrent with other case, supply DNA sample, restitution reserved for 30 days. Additional felony charges of first-degree criminal sex conduct-penetration or contact with person under 13, second-degree criminal sex conduct-significant relationship with victim under 16, prostitution-hire or agree to hire person under 13, and solicit child to engage in sexual conduct of prohibited act, were all dismissed.
