Driving after revocation — Edward G. Smith Jr., 53, of Elmore; fined $285.

Ryan P. Bartz, 37, of Rochester received an amended court decision on a felony charge of domestic assault; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 26 months, supply DNA sample, any financial obligations can be deducted from prison earnings. Three additional felony charges of domestic assault by strangulation, violate No Contact Order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions, domestic abuse-violates two or more Orders for Protection within 10 years of previous conviction, and a misdemeanor charge of interrupt, interfere, impede, disrupt 911 call, were all dismissed.

Gregory M. Green, 49, of Fairmont received an amended court decision on a felony charge of fourth-degree controlled substance possession-except marijuana with intent to sell; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 24 months, supply DNA sample, any financial obligations can be deducted from prison earnings. Also received an amended court decision on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, supply DNA sample, any financial obligations can be deducted from prison earnings. Also was convicted on a separate felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 19 months, supply DNA sample. An additional felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession in school, park or public housing zone was dismissed.

Anthony C. Clarke, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.

Manuel Pablo Ralios, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $200.

Santio Cal-Us, 18, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $140.
