Brandon D. Aukes, 38, of Blue Earth was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed three years, sentenced to jail 29 days, credit for time served 29 days, three years supervised probation, follow all the recommendations of Rule 25 and take first available treatment date if recommended, mental health screening within 60 days and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees within 90 days, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; sentenced to jail 29 days, credit for time served 29 days. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Lori K. Farley, 49, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of financial transaction card fraud; fined $1,883.32, restitution $1,883.32, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, pay restitution monthly, follow all recommendations of Rule 25 assessment, no contact with victim(s), no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Also received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing. Additional felony charges of theft, and fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, were both dismissed.

Lamarke G. Smith, 31, of Chicago was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Also convicted of careless driving; fined $100.

Nurudeen O. Titilope, 31, of Blaine was convicted of expired drivers license for persons over the age of 21; fined $185. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Jason E. Lawrence, 48, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of hit and run-damage to property along road; fined $185, six months unsupervised probation, restitution reserved, no same or similar.
