Speeding — Christy L. Keinz, 47, of Good Thunder; Marisa K. Moldan, 26, of Truman; each fined $125.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — William S. Bathen, 60, of Wanamingo; Scott D. Busse, 16, of Fairmont; Lucas R. Moeckel, 39, of Fairmont; each fined $110.

Failure to stop for school bus-pass by while child outside — Nicole M. Padgett, 38, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Alexander J. Burns, 23, of Westbrook was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served five days, serve balance of 25 days on electronic home monitoring with alcohol-sensor if eligible, two years supervised probation, remain law-abiding, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of second-degree operate vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and open bottle law violation, were both dismissed.

Carl R. Hartman, 50, of Mallard, Iowa, was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Jerimiah J. Nye-Contreras, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Amy M. Wiebe, 38, of Elmore was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; restitution $66.21, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, report to agent within 24 hours release from custody, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also received a stay of adjudication on a charge of littering-dangerous object on highway; fined $50, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
