Speeding — Rena E. Zierke, 23, of Blue Earth; Alonzo Zamarripa Rodriguez, 35, of Gilman, Iowa; each fined $125.

Sheila M. Hanssen, 54, of Wheaton, Ill.; Evgenii A. Adilov, 35, of Woodbury; each fined $145.

Move over law violation-two lanes in same direction — Michael L. Fallorina, 29, of Burien, Wash.; fined $135.

Driving after revocation — Margarita L. Tellez, 24, of Mankato; fined $285.

Calvin P. Sanders, 23, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, educational assessment program “Driving with Care,” attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of speeding; fined $50. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.

Robert S. Wells, 41, of Granada received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after revocation, fined $285, six months probation to the court, no same or similar. Additional charges of display expired registration and failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle, were both dismissed.

Jordan L. Paz, 18, of Winnebago was convicted of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $135. Also convicted of underage alcohol consumption; fined $100.

Bradley W. Goodale, 50, of Eagle Grove, Iowa was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Also convicted of no Minnesota registration; fined $100.
