Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Richard D. Thompson, 60, of Blue Earth; Alin Raducanu, 31, of Yulee, Fla.; each fined $110.

Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Katie A. Alvarez, 31, of Blue Earth; fined $135.

Use of wireless communications device-compose, read or send electronic message in motion or in traffic — Davis L. Sunken, 17, of Blue Earth; fined $135.

No Minnesota drivers license — Nyachom B. Gach, 20, of Worthington; fined $185.

No front plate for foreign state if state requires it — Barry J. Nadler, 63, of Ames, Iowa; fined $185.

Driving after suspension — David Ocampo Garcia, 31, of Albert Lea; fined $285.

Justin D. Bok, 38, of Blue Earth was convicted of fourth-degree criminal damage to property; fined $582, restitution $197, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, no contact with victim(s), complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of the evaluation, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possession firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional felony charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed.

Tyson R. Palm, 28, of New Richland was convicted of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $135. Also convicted of open bottle law-possession; fined $100.

DISTRICT COURT

Speeding — Melissa M. Bolkema, 38, of Windom; fined $125.

Driving after cancellation — Dillon J. Feltman, 27, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Driving after suspension — Andrew D. Gerhardt, 30, of Sherburn; fined $285.

Amber M. Shiplet, 28, of Granada received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Tanner S. Hargan, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of window tint violation-no permanent marking of transmittance and reflectance; fined $50.

Jude W. McClure, 32, of Granite Falls was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.

Juan Garcia III, 26, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.
