Divided highway-crossover violation — Brett W. Meyeraan, 33, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Failure of driver entering crossing to yield from a non-roadway — Justin P. Mulvhill, 37, of Granada; fined $135.

Underage alcohol consumption — Derek T. Missling, 19, of Fairmont; Crystal A. Morton, 19, of Fairmont; each fined $185.

Driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type — Devin H. Mitchell, 23, of Truman; fined $185.

Randy A. Merrill, 47, of Fairmont was convicted on two separate charges of overnight parking; fined $32 for each charge.

Tina M. Johnson, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of careless driving; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment as scheduled, follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing. Also received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar. Additional charge of driving under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Anthony A. Kamish, 26, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, sentenced to jail 94 days, credit for time served 92 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment and abide by conditions of care and aftercare, participate fully in the drug court referral process and enter and complete the program successfully, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charges of driving after revocation, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Guadalupe S. Long, 21, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain GED, remain law-abiding, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, participate in individual counseling, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition, sign releases of information. Also received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain GED, remain law-abiding, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, participate in individual counseling, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/ receive firearms or ammunition, sign releases of information. Additional charge of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration was dismissed.
