Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Dylan M. Anderson-Butler, 17, of Montevideo; Brandon J. Vickerman, 27, of Clitherall; each fined $110.

Possession of drug paraphernalia — Sarah J. Smith, 36, of address not given; fined $135.

Weaving over lane lines — Jolissa Seelye, 22, of Appleton; fined $135.

Driving after suspension — Christopher W. Knight, 31, of Golden Valley; fined $285.

Driving after cancellation — Jill C. Knight, 45, of Sherburn; fined $285.

Matthew S. Sadler, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Jennifer A. Slaughter, 51, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Steven D. Willette, 51, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Chad L. Bonin, 18, of Blue Earth was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Also convicted of window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed; fined $50.

Cheryl J. Pattishall, 42, of St. Peter was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 79 days for one year, credit for time served 11 days, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.

Russell D. Olson, 52, of Sioux Falls, S.D., received a stay of adjudication on a charge of motor vehicle registration violation-intent to escape tax; fined $185, two years unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, pay costs, pay tax in the amount that should have been paid at time of registration, no same or similar.

Frank Garduno, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of fictitious name/date of birth (not another person); fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charges of no Minnesota drivers license, and failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle, were both dismissed.
