East Chain church plans coffee party

East Chain United Methodist Church will host its monthly community coffee party from 8:30-11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, at the church in East Chain. They will serve rolls, donuts, coffee, tea and juice. This is a free will offering. Everyone is welcome.

Low Vision Support Group meets Feb. 12

CREST is holding a Low Vision Support Group that provides reassurance and assistance to people living with vision related problems. You are free to share what’s bothering you and learn about ways to combat and/or live with low vision. You are not alone. Working together can make our lives much brighter. The group will meet 1:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 12, at the CREST office, 820 Winnebago Ave. in Fairmont. Please consider sitting in on this meeting if you are experiencing some sort of visual problem. No registration is necessary and refreshments will be served following the meeting.
