Blood drive scheduled in St. James

An American Red Cross blood drive will be held noon to 6 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. to noon Friday at First Presbyterian Church, 706 Third Ave., in St. James. Donors of all blood types are needed. Ellie Kuehl of Truman has earned a bachelor’s degree in health care administration at Mercy College of Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa.

Brittany Bass, Grace Higgins and Justin Olson, all of Fairmont, were named to the dean’s list for the 2019 fall semester at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
