First Congregational to hold cookie walk

The fourth annual Cookie Walk will be held 4-6 p.m. tonight and 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at First Congregational United Church of Christ, 319 Downtown Plaza, Fairmont. Lots of cookies, candies, snack mix, and lefse will be available. Pick what you want and pay by the pound. Pre-made cookie trays will also be available for sale. Everyone is invited.

Vendor event scheduled today in Fairmont

The third annual Vendor Delights event will be held 5:30-9:30 p.m. today at 95 Downtown Plaza, Fairmont. This will be a great opportunity to do some local Christmas shopping. Door prize drawings will be held at 9:30 p.m. (Must be present to win). The public is invited.

Great Books to meet

Great Books will meet 9:30 a.m. Monday at the home of Mary Don Kislingbury, 1961 Knollwood Dr., Fairmont. The story is “Secret Stream” by Hector Tobar.
