Habitat for Humanity sets fundraiser

Habitat for Humanity will hold a fundraiser from 4-8 p.m. tonight at Arby’s in Fairmont. Arby’s will donate 15 percent of all sales to Habitat for Humanity of Martin and Faribault counties. Proceeds will be used for a current building project at 313 N. Orient St. in Fairmont.

Welcome Legion to host cribbage tourney

Sherburn Lions plan Saturday supper

Sherburn Lions Club will host its prime rib supper from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at the Sherburn American Legion. Tickets can be purchased in advance from any Lions Club member for $17. Tickets cost $20 at the door. All are welcome.

Red Rock to offer Saturday performance

Ronny Cox, songwriter/storyteller, and Ansel Barnum, master of the harmonica, will take the Red Rock stage at 7 p.m. Saturday. This event is open to the public. There is a charge.

Next Best Jr. Chef Challenge slated

Children ages 7-12 are invited to compete in the Next Best Jr. Chef Challenge: Thanksgiving Edition, which will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Martin County Library in Fairmont. This event is free; no registration is required. For more information, call the library at (507) 238-4207.
