FAIRMONT — A celebration of life service for Patricia A. Swenson, 66, of Fairmont, Minn., will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, at Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont. Visitation will follow the service until 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Swenson passed away Sunday morning, Aug. 28, 2022, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, Minn.
