Mark was born Nov. 18, 1957, in Fairmont, Minn., to Anthony and Helen (McElwee) Theobald. He graduated from Welcome High School. Mark enjoyed reading and golf. Mark is survived by his daughter, Anna (Jason) Voght; grandchildren, Zoey and Sophie; sister, Micki (Todd) Welch; brother, Anthony Theobald; many nieces and nephews. Mark was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Mike Theobald; sister, Rhonda (Theobald) Lamont; and brother-in-law, Steve LaMont.
